Do I need to submit any paperwork?

Yes. Once you have signed up for a virtual mailbox, you’ll need to complete and submit a notarized USPS 1583 Form before we can accept your mail. The USPS 1583 authorizes us to accept mail delivered to our addresses in your name, and allows us to open your mail on your behalf.

If you are forwarding mail on from a previous residential address, it’s also recommended that you file a Change of Address form with the USPS.
