Complete USPS Form 1583
The next step is to complete and submit USPS Form 1583. This is required by the USPS and is necessary if you want us to be able to open and scan your mail. Once your order has been placed, we will provide you with a partially completed form in your account dashboard to make the process of completing the form easier. Simply review the information and update it as needed.
Start Receiving Mail
Now that your forms are submitted and approved, you are able to start accepting mail at your new address. You may update your address with senders, provide it from the start, or even change your address with the USPS. If you are planning on using your virtual mailbox for less than one year, you can also forward your mail instead.

How long does it take to set up a virtual mailbox?
Setting up a virtual mailbox is easy and should only take a few minutes complete. After you have subscribed to a virtual mailbox plan, you will receive an email that includes your new address and mailbox number, along with instructions about how to complete your USPS 1583 Form. You can start giving out your new address right away, but will need to submit the form before we are able to accept any mail on your behalf.
If I subscribe to the monthly plan, is there any option to upgrade later?
Yes, all of our plans can be upgraded or downgraded if your mail requirements change over time. Simply log in to your account, click on subscriptions, and select a new plan and payment type.
How do I know when I have received new mail?
We will send you an email when new items arrive at your virtual mailbox. Generally this happens once a day, however, if you have items arriving from different couriers at different times of day, that may not always be the case.
Can multiple people share the same virtual mailbox?
Yes, unlike other virtual mailbox services, we have no limits on the number of recipients who can receive mail at your virtual address.
