What is a recipient?
A “recipient” is a business or an individual who receives mail at your virtual mail box. Most virtual mail services charge you for each additional recipient, however, our plans do not place limits on recipients.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time, all of our subscriptions require an active credit card on file. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Are there any contracts or setup fees?
With Virtual Mail Now, there are no contracts, no one-time setup fees, and no nonsense. As long as you have an active subscription, you’ll continue to receive mail at your virtual address.
Do you offer any discounts?
If your looking to save on our virtual mailbox service, check out our annual payment option. You’ll get two months of service free simply by paying for the full year up front.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your mail service, cancel anytime, and you will no longer be charged. Your service will remain active until your next billing cycle, and we’ll continue to collect your mail for up to 30 days to catch any remaining mail trickling in.
I get a ton of mail, what if I need more storage?
Some people prefer to keep all their mail stored digitally instead of deleting it after its been read. If you need more digital mail storage than what is provided with your plan, don’t worry. Additional storage space can be purchased $20 per month per extra GB of storage above what is already included in your plan.
Can I use the Personal Plan for my business?
Yes! You can use any of our virtual mail box plans for your business without extra fees. If you don’t plan on receiving a lot of mail at your virtual address, the Personal Plan may be a perfect fit for your business.
