While we’re sorry to see you go, we have made it incredibly easy to cancel your account. Simply login to your account dashboard and click on Subscriptions. In the top section next to “Actions”, click cancel. Your subscription and mailbox service will remain active until the next billing cycle.

That’s not a problem! You can sign up for  our virtual mail service for as little as one month. Our monthly subscription allows you to cancel anytime, and enjoy service until your next billing period.

In order to complete USPS Form 1583, you are required to submit 2 forms of identification. At least one of those must be a photo ID.

Valid forms of photo identification include a passport, driver’s license or state issued identification card, government issued IDs, a military ID, or alien registration card.

If you only have one of these and need a second form of identification, you can also submit your current apartment lease or mortgage bill, vehicle registration card, medical bill, or insurance policy.

Yes! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your mail service, cancel anytime, and you will no longer be charged. Your service will remain active until your next billing cycle, and we’ll continue to collect your mail for up to 30 days to catch any remaining mail trickling in.

Some people prefer to keep all their mail stored digitally instead of deleting it after its been read. If you need more digital mail storage than what is provided with your plan, don’t worry. Additional storage space can be purchased $20 per month per extra GB of storage above what is already included in your plan.

Yes! You can use any of our virtual mail box plans for your business without extra fees. If you don’t plan on receiving a lot of mail at your virtual address, the Personal Plan may be a perfect fit for your business.

Setting up a virtual mailbox is easy and should only take a few minutes complete. After you have subscribed to a virtual mailbox plan, you will receive an email that includes your new address and mailbox number, along with instructions about how to complete your USPS 1583 Form. You can start giving out your new address right away, but will need to submit the form before we are able to accept any mail on your behalf.

Yes, all of our plans can be upgraded or downgraded if your mail requirements change over time. Simply log in to your account, click on subscriptions, and select a new plan and payment type.
