Yes! Your mail is delivered to an actual street address (not a P.O. box),  so you receive mail from all the major couriers including the USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, as well as local courier services.

We store your mail securely 30 days for free. After 30 days, we shred your mail and recycle the byproduct to ensure that the privacy of your mail is never compromised. If you need longer storage for your physical mail, please contact us.

While we will accept packages on your behalf, our service is not intended to be a mail forwarding service. Packages we receive on your behalf can be forwarded to you for a premium additional fee.

Yes. Once you have signed up for a virtual mailbox, you’ll need to complete and submit a notarized USPS 1583 Form before we can accept your mail. The USPS 1583 authorizes us to accept mail delivered to our addresses in your name, and allows us to open your mail on your behalf.

If you are forwarding mail on from a previous residential address, it’s also recommended that you file a Change of Address form with the USPS.

A “recipient” is a business or an individual who receives mail at your virtual mail box. Most virtual mail services charge you for each additional recipient, however, our plans do not place limits on recipients.

We work hard to ensure that all mail received is opened, scanned, and uploaded into your virtual mailbox as quickly as possible. Typically, mail you receive at your virtual address will be uploaded into your account  same day, with the exception of weekends and holidays. In these cases, mail may be uploaded on the following business day.

Yes! No matter where you live, your postal mail can be directed to your virtual mailbox. Our service offers reliable access to your mail, regardless of your physical location. In fact, a virtual mailbox is the most affordable and efficient way to maintain a U.S. address from abroad!

By default, we’re not going to bother you with junk mail, and it wont count against your monthly quota. (Say goodbye to snail mail spammers!)

Obvious solicitations are immediately shredded and will not be uploaded into your account. (Bonus!) However, if for some reason you’re worried that you’re going to miss out on an extended warranty for the car you no longer have, reach out to us and we can set up an exemption to allow you to receive junk mail.

We are not a mail forwarding service. With our virtual mail service, we receive, open and scan fast, so if you need mail forwarded then you should choose a different mail forwarding service.

At this time, all of our subscriptions require an active credit card on file. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
